Room smelled of cigarette. Staff did provide a deodorizer. But it felt like the sent was coming from the vents. Pool water was cold, relative to other heated pools. Pool staff were not all friendly, overly restrictive.

The pool staff are rude and discriminatory. The rules for the pool are unrealistic, I have little kids I was not allowed to have their pool toys in the wool with them , the pool guy kept a bothering me about my child’s chips and soda or was highly frustrating. There was another person with chips out and he never went to them I felt targeted by him and it was a very enjoyable stay. The pool was absolutely freezing I did not enjoy my stay

Stayed for my 40th birthday. The room was okay we had a cool view of the ocean. The bathroom fan/vent had no turn off switch. It was on the entire time. Our room AC sucked. It was a one and done for us. Seeing the cool music memorabilia was cool. The staff were really nice.
