I stay here often. It’s a nice convenient stay for those who want to stay outside the casinos and avoid waiting for deposit returns and extra taxes. Near many restaurants and grocery/convenience stores and directly across the street from Tropicana & the boardwalk. The area can be a bit sketchy at night, just as any other city but a very comfortable stay

Property was conveniently located. However the room was subpar. There were stains and burn marks on the sheets and the room had an odor. The front desk couldn’t help me so I went elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

The worst place to stay in AC

This hotel DOES NOT match the pictures! I booked a non-smoking room. The room reeked of marijuana. l had to go back to the office to get a new room. The office is across the street from the building with the rooms! There is one set of stairs to get down from the 2nd floor. It was blocked by a woman and 2 men doing drugs at 4pm! As you can see by the photos there was water damage to the room. We were attending a concert so we stayed even after all this, UNTIL MY HUSBAND WOKE UP AT 1:40 am WITH A COCKROACH CRAWLING ON HIS FACE! We left immediately!

The property supplied smoking rooms and very convenient to my event. The room could have been in better condition for the price charged. The staff were very nice and welcoming and that’s what made my stay pleasant. Once the property is upgraded, I hope to see smoking rooms in better condition.

1. When checking in, I was informed that I had to pay $25 to park my car there overnight (although when i was booking online, free-parking was advertised) and even though the signage outside had "$5 for up to 8 hours"... the attendant informed that "$5" applied to non-guest... my god, whatever happened to treating your own guests... only when i attempted to cancel my stay for the night did they allow me to park there for free as the advertisement had called for. 2. initial room I was given, lights would not turn on, random patch up holes on the walls, and no safety latch on door... I advise staff that was not safe and that I would not stay... he offered another room. 3. the next room still had holes patches and clear sign that the door had been kicked in at some point, but the safety latch presented and it was getting super late... so I slept there for tonight to sound of the crack heads outside, and bolted out as soon as sunlight broke.

I was kinda afraid to take my clothes off. The carpet looked like its been on the floor since the beginning of time. The door looked like it was kicked in so much air flowed in around it. So many street people hanging around. I did sleep there but with one eye open. As soon as I saw daylight I was out of there.

This property needs a complete renovation. The walls had electrical tape on the to cover the holes im the wall. The curtain had burn holes in them and the shower water couldn't be adjusted ( only the hot water worked). I will NEVER stay here again
