During the check in process, I was caught off guard by the security deposit since it was not stated anywhere on the website. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude about me being unaware of the deposit. Okay well that right there makes me never want to stay here again. I go up to the room, the tube has mold around the seals and on the shower curtain. The toilet had a brown ring in it and in the bottom of the tub. I will gladly spend my money else where

Rating: 10/10 I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were exactly as advertised, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a highlight—it felt amazing, and the water was perfect. Highly recommend! Room 208 is the best!!

it’s nice the hotel is located close off the Parkway; easy access! Unfortunately one of the power outlet in the room was not working; did address it to the management and still wasn’t fix. The morning hours was a little bit loud; not sure if it’s from the staff or the people who were staying in the hotel.

The people who staff it were very kind and helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was awesome! So many options to choose from! There's even a workout room in the hotel. Everyone working there clearly was trying to make guests feel welcome. They genuinely cared.

The room was clean. After reading reviews about potential bed bugs I did a thorough check & did not find anything alarming. The room had not been opened in a while so there was a strong smell of an older building with uncirculated air. After running the AC for a while and leaving the bathroom fan on it seemed to improve. The mattress protector was ripped in places, the comforter was worn & we didn’t use it. There was an iron but no ironing table. The carpet did leave black marks on socks.

If i could give this place 0 I would front desk person (kevin i believe ) was rude at check in Romm was terrible ( half of the room was taken up by a out of order jacuzzi which i specifically did not book other half by a disgusting couch which had no legs and came 3 inches off the ground ( would have never gott back up if sat there ) we left 5 minutes after checking decided to just drive the 3 hours home clerk offered to give us a different room but if they had a different room why were we put in the crap bit there was no way we would have been comfotable in this hotel And they refused to give us any refund Pics attached
