First time staying at The Claridge. The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. The only bad experience was how the shower was set up. You have to get killed with cols water first before you can regulate the temperature. It also had a nasty rubber grip at the end of the glass door which should be replaced. Other than that, it was an easy stay.

unfortunately the hotel has gone down hill, i was on 14th floor smell like weed/ smoke, extc, wall/ hallway not in good condition, amount i paid for the room, thought it was high, worst thing elevators are slow you could wait more 5 minutes or so for one. pretty the cleaninsss of hotel not good, had friends on 7th floor and hallway looked nice, but they were next elevator and, people coming off the elevator being loud, so they didn’t sleep much. i think i have stay at hotel for last time unless things change. Thank you

Fun weekend horrible service and horrible housekee

There was an hour wait to check in. Got in my room and there was a diabetic needle and a used vape left in the room. Had the issue addressed and the housekeeper that came to clean swept the need to the middle of the room and left it there. Where I happen to step on it good thing it wasn’t needle side up. That’s what I get for being cheap and staying at claridge.

The hotel is very outdated old, need total rehab, mildew smell, no towels and wash cloths in room, slow elevator. We probably will not stay ever again.

Do not stay in here. It’s a waste of money. The property is old and outdated. The elevators do not function properly. While staying here a group of people got stuck on one for hours. The staff doesn’t do anything to accommodate for the inconvenience. I hate to change rooms because the 1st was disgustingly dirty and outdated. The second room had a dead roach in it. The phone light and refrigerator did not work. We had no iron and the bathroom was moldy and tiny. Please do not stay here

Check in at this property was a disaster! Why isn’t there an online check in? We waited in line to check in for about 45 minutes. There were only 2 people at the check in desk. Next our room had no refrigerator, coffee maker, even though there was coffee. No iron and at the very least we expected a trash can. There were no lamp shades on the lights and some black mold on the ceiling.
