The first room we were given had a leaking ceiling and the furniture and floor were soaked. The staff that was on at the time was great and after some waiting were able to get us a different room. The problem is the new room only had a long bed and not the pullout coach as there were 3 of us. So essentially there was no quality sleep the whole weekend. The managers solution, $15 discount per night which I have yet to see. Hotel could really use some TLC.

The rooms was perdect however friday night pool area was nice and warm saturday night was absolutley freezing and temps outside was the same. Nobody at front desk couldnt check heat and said owner of building only one who could and wouldnt be in until monday ..

The room was clean and staff was very friendly. There were a vouple if instances there seemed to be a language barrier with house keeping; but we made it work.
