Rooms were dirty, staff was rude. Door to connecting room didn't lock- I had children with me and felt unsafe. When I expressed this to the front desk she didnt see the issue. They had a small end table infront of the door so I know they knew it didnt lock. Spoke with front desk and she offered to give me a room in the back of the complex but said the heat doesn't really work (it was 8 degrees outside), was given another room and there was pubic hair all over the blanket on the bed. When trying to get a refund I was given a big attitude. The ice in the parking lot was thick and covered the lot. My elderly mother slipped but luckily was able to grab the car to brace herself. This Hotel had what looked like black mold around the trim of the wall. I would stay far away from this place. The photos do not look like the rooms at all!

Staff was rude as usual which I don’t understand considering all the money I spend there. I call to request a certain room knowing the bed is comfortable and the tv is big, told by a gentleman I would be able to get said room then I check in with the lady and she tells me I’m not allowed to request certain rooms. The one room I wanted was open there was no reason to be that way. It’s not the first time I had a issue with her and her attitude.

Hard to get any hot water in shower and sink. Refrigerator very unsteady, one of its legs was missing. Same with microwave It was extremely cold when we got into room, no heat on . It took all night for it to get warm.

I slept very comfortable. The shower was good minus smelling like bleach after getting out. Big negative there was NO Breakfast. They said granola bars and coffee. I took the granola but the coffee didn’t look so good. So I didn’t take no chances. I didn’t like that there was 3 to 4 cars with there windows busted. But thank goodness my bf car didn’t get damaged.

Room was clean, spacious, nice. I stayed during a snowstorm and the cleanup could have been much better, definitely slipped on ice a few times. Also, the tv didn’t work the entire time I was there. And they do not serve breakfast but otherwise it was a decent hotel.

Room was very " worn out". Caulk either moldy or missing, fridge didnt work, windows and door needs new weather stripping/proofing we had heat on 80 and room was still freezing ( hot air was coimng out from unit), parking lot in horrible conditions ( parking spaces not plowed and where there was open spots the parking lot was pure ice) flooring cracked, outlet hanging/ loose, interior of entry door has a lot of rust showing. Overall room was very unsatisfactory.
