We were assigned a room with a construction project going on right outside the window. The construction started at 6:24am and continued until we could no longer stand it and checked out. Loud drilling, hammering and men screaming at each other. The worst anniversary trip! Will be contacting hotels.com for a refund.

Overall our stay was great, we had a beautiful room with good amenities and Housekeeping service was awesome, the Hotel in general was spot on, however, during our check in Mrs. Hanayah had a very uncomfortable, unprofessional and nasty attitude against me and my wife. She shouldn't be working in Hospitality.

MGM is the newer tower. The hallway is nice and very bright which is different from Borgata however the rooms are smaller than Borgata. Bathroom is new and very nice!

Clean room, super friendly and helpful staff nice modern rooms. Only issue was you could the elevators running up and down in our room but nothing a little sound machine on my phone could not fix to sleep through. We will definitely be back!
