It's a nice hotel in a good location but needs some improvements. Service was good, i had some issue with the peephole, which was on the floor :) but it was addressed the same day. Besides that everything else was ok. The kitchen had all the basic utensils, the view from the so called balcony (you only have room to put your foot there, nothing more) was great and the bed was comfy.

Two bedroom unit fine for a one night stay in CBD but very noisy with pub across road and general city noise. Woken at 3.45 am by the room above and it’s squeaking bed … least someone was enjoying themselves 😂 lifts are slow also. Did the job, in town for a concert at Spark arena and is central to downtown Auckland. Roadworks directly outside at present but hotel is upfront about this so no problems there. Was fine no frills stay with two bedrooms and two bathrooms so good for friends travelling together.

Lovely view, close to city amenities and roomy. Comfortable pillows on the bed. We walked everywhere - car in parking building with a very reasonable overnight rate! Definitely stay there again!!!

Bed wasn't a king or queen or double, it was two old lumpy poor quality singles pushed together with a lump and gap in the centre, uncomfortable. Old second hand beds, I've never had such poor quality bed always nice, which is ashamed because the apartment was clean. Management didn't care and refused to refund our prepaid breakfast when we needed to check out early. You cannot vape on the balcony be aware when booking a balcony apartment, as that's why we did but upon checking they say not outside either.

Comfortable and clean. Reception staff very friendly, made checking in great after a long hot trip! Shower was greatvin evening, come morning it kept going cold and wasnt pleasant. A constant dripping of water higher up than level 5 made it an awful balcony. Had everything we needed and lots of room.
