The room was reasonably clean but the bathroom smelled mouldy and immediatley outside our room smelled of garbage. The staff were friendly and helpful, but our room keys regularly didn't work and we had to go down to reception to have them sorted. We booked two rooms at the same time but we were on level 3 and our adult children were on level 23, which had a lovely view, ours was of old buildings and alleys.

The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and neat. What really stood out was the location. No matter where we were goin, we were right in the middle and it was easy to get to everywhere we needed on foot.

Loved our executive suite!! Was an amazing room and very clean. The only thing that let the room down was the old toilet as it was hard to flush and we had to push super hard to flush it but it wasnt a major, other then that we loved it and would go back.

Reception staff very helpful. Room has all you need for a family stay. We had a double room great for kids own bathroom. Kitchen well equipped too. Has completely everything you need. Would stay here again only thing is parking. We had a van so need that height at 2.1

We enjoyed the view the best and location was really central to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the gym. Was a wonderful experience for our first time in Auckland and can’t wait to stay again!
