Room was nice. Walking distance to the waterfront, but it’s a climb back up. Kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately there was construction right in front of the hotel (not their fault at all) which made access very confusing and difficult. The hotel sent information in advance, but until you are there trying to navigate it, you don’t really understand.

This was a disappointing experience. Our AC unit smelt SO BAD. Its like the filters have never been changed! There was a constant musty smelt almost like urine. We had to sleep with our doors open because it was hot. Not happy at all. We didn't complain at the time because we just wanted a hassle free stay.

The only issue was my request to have adjoining rooms was not met when I was assured they were. The safe did not close in one room and the iron leaked badly. The room was very clean and full of amenities including a washer and dryer machine that worked great. The cost was very reasonable considering all the wonderful features. Great location.

Great Location

We stayed here for a week. Staff were friendly and helpful. The water in the shower, took time to get hot. Our room was on the 16th floor and every night I would hear music and people talking or yelling. I slept close to the window and there was an alley and bar. I managed to fall asleep. Close to transportation, restaurants and supermarkets.

Staff were great and friendly. Room was very nice and hotel in ideal location with grocery store across street. Queen street is only one block down and is the shopping area. Loved it was so close to waterfront and lots of dining options.
