Back deck offers privacy, sun and shelter from wind. Both front and back decks have gates so child and pet friendly. Brand new kitchen and laundry recently installed with all mod cons including nespresso machine (BYO pods). Recently renovated lounge/dining including paint, carpet, lights, laminate flooring, sunblinds. 3 bedrooms all freshly painted & carpeted with comfy beds. Large master bedroom with wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers, small double with wardrobe and and bunk room with 1 set of bunks and a single bed. Large living area with masport wood fireburner, heatpump, 2 single chairs, 1 large comfy couch and 2 conversational chairs in the dining area should you wish to remove yourself from the kids. New Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, oven, nespresso machine,1 fridge freezer with double french doors and water dispenser and icemaker. The lounge houses a 40 inch flat screen smart tv complete with sky digital, netflix, neon etc and dvd player, portable ipod player with bluetooth, & wifi, heatpump and a bookcase stacked with books. The Reserve across the road is great for the kids wanting to have a game of cricket or rugger or for pets needing a run. Also for the golfers a practice putting green directly across the road so no excuses for a poor round! Recreational toys under house (free to use) including 2 kayaks, bikes, tennis rackets, etc If you want a change from the beach there is a huge amount of things to do in the area including popular Matakana farmers market on Saturday, vineyards, mini golf, movie theatres in Matakana (5 mins drive). An easy drive to Goat Island (snorkelling), Leigh, Pakiri and Warkworth and Snells Beach (if you need some retail therapy). We welcome families and small groups but emphasise that we are not a party house as we have permanent neighbours who do not enjoy excessive noise.
