Just need a bit of CRC on the door. Try to open and close it and sometimes it wont open until you wiggle it backwards and forwards a bit, then it opens.

Overall, this is a great place to stay for relaxation in the hot tub. The check-in process is great when you can just drive straight to your room. The only issue we had was that the previous guest didn't report the broken TV, so we went without it for the night. But we were only there for the mineral hot tub, so we didn't miss the TV.

Please tell Louise that her recomendation for the White Cross Clinic was perfect. I saw the nurse and Dr within 30 minutes and got the meds I needed and got cured overnight.

Room 1a was absolut terrible, no shower as described, no air condition as described, no washbasin. I could not slep until 1 am, because it was so loud from other guest. Room was aprox. 2.7m wide

There was a cockroach inside the cupboard under the sink. We called the landline to ask for an insect spray but since there was no staff in the afternoon, they cannot provide one until the next day. So, we chose to buy an insect spray ourselves. There was no hair dryer. Some fixture need refurbishment like the bathroom vanity. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff in the morning where friendly.
