Not even a whole roll of toilet paper and no more in the unit. Found crackers, old jelly beans etc under beds and couches. Bathroom door locked with no one inside and we had to chuck our son in the window to unlock it. We've stayed at the hotel before in a different unit before and it was great but this unit was dirty and unsatisfactory

The property is very old and smelt like dog on the couch. The shower only went from scouching hot or cold. The WIFI was absolutely terrible and with kids wifi is a must. I felt ripped off as i paid half the amount at Nother place and it was absolutely great.

Nice property but thats about it. Stayed 2 nights & it was the most uncomfortable sleep! My daughters & I got bitten up, all I could feel was itchy the whole time, glad we took our own blankets! But it was still a headache. The place was dusty as too, needs a massive air out man. I would not stay here again!

I was very disappointed with this property. Booked it for my family of 4 paid for 4 on arrival we were in a single unit with a mattress on the floor as our fourth bed. The spa in the room advertised was nothing more then a hot water trough. Cobwebs everywhere, lights didn’t work, shower was hot as all hell then freezing cold in seconds. Rubbish bin hadn’t been cleaned was covered on other peoples scange. Bed so uncomfortable. Pillows flat as anything and a mink blanket that had seen better days. Rude service when you do manage to get ahold of the person who runs it, told her our shower didn’t work she told me I could leave, when I asked for a refund as the room I booked wasn’t what I arrived too and was told that it was expedias fault for putting me in there not hers. Terrible manners. Quiet time is meant to be ten but the people next to us decided 11:30pm was the perfect time to start drinking and banging on walls, with no on site management nothing to be done about it. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.
