Rooms were lovely, well appointed and modern. Unfortunately room was very noisy - so bad that at times the bed head vibrated. Mix of traffic noise, construction, loud music and very loud air con. They are obviously aware of the issue as the room had air plugs. Disappointed as this spoilt the stay and forced me to check out early as the noise was not tolerable.

Hello Wendy, thank you for your feed-back. I am sorry to hear you found our Hotel very noisy as we often get feed-back about the opposite i.e. being quiet/relaxed. I therefore checked with staff but they do not recall any feed-back about noise; you checked out saying you had a sick child? As we have had no other guests staying before, during or after with this issue, it would be helpful to yourself and us, to let us know as soon as you have any issues. This way we can first of all try to help you out by possibly move you to another room but also investigate where the noise is coming from and act upon it immetidately. Now, I'm afraid, is unfortunately too late. Ear plugs are in all rooms, as some are light sleepers, but not because we believe or are told/aware of any noise issues. i hppe you'll enjoy your future accomodation provider.

Very clean and well presented room. Good central location with restaurant, bar, gym and convenience store very close by. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
