What truly makes Totara Cottage special is its outdoor space. The expansive garden serves as a peaceful sanctuary, filled with native plants that create a tranquil atmosphere. As night falls, the space is transformed by the soft glow of festoon lights. The stone pizza oven is perfect for cooking something special or toasting marshmallows under the stars. Great place, very convenient but quiet location. Would be particularly lovely when weather fine enough to make use of outdoor areas. Note the bathroom is situated off the smallest of the bedrooms.

Great hideaway in the middle of Oneroa

The cottage is comfortable and cozy with good facilities. Only a few minutes walk from Oneroa Beach, shops and restaurants. Even though it's in town it's very peaceful. We would definitely go again!

Lovely stay!

My wife, sister-in-law and I stayed at this bach for three nights. We had a great time there. It’s a super place — a few minutes’ walk from Oneroa and with a degree of privacy from the road. The owner could not have been more helpful, accommodating and communicative. In a nutshell, strongly recommended!
