Staff were very friendly and responsive. Room was very clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the pool was amazing with a beautiful view of Palm Beach. Would definitely stay here again. Although if you have mobility issues I would suggest getting there by car or a taxi as there is a substantial incline to reception and stairs to get to rooms. But well worth the workout!

The one staff member we saw was very nice. But this place should not call itself a resort. It isnt near anything, the rooms have no AC, nothing was open for the vast majority of the time we were there. They said they had a shuttle service but it was just them calling a taxi which we had to pay for. The resort and rooms had no walkway to get to, just an extremely steep road that made us dread going back. They had a very small pool but even with a few people it became not enjoyable. Renting a shack on a hill thats near a pool is not a resort.

Great 2 night stay. Beautiful views and a quick walk to Palm Beach. The room was tidy and compact. The kitchen had the basic neccessities to make a small meal. The on-site pool and restaurant looked lovely. Wifi performed reasonably. GIven it was a low season, there were only a few of us. They could have spaced us out to give everyone a bit of privacy But other than that, neighbors were fairly quiet and music not too loud.

Decent little chalet - clean with basic amenities. A but musty, recommend a dehumidifier! Not well placed for anyone without a vehicle and cabs are pricey so make sure you book an excursion to get around. Staff were pleasant and breakfast at the restaurant was good. Would stay here again.

Great stay. Had the large balcony all to ourselves. Great views and a perfect spot for a romantic get away. Although we plan to also go back with the kids some time. The mini golf was super fun. Loved everything.

Sadly we were unable to stay at this property as the room we had been allocated was only accessible via very steep streets, pathways and many stairs. When we explained we had an elderly parent with us who relied on a walker and could they change the unit we were shown two other options that were equally unsafe for a person with mobility issues. There was nowhere that said this accommodation was on a steep hill. We asked for a refund, even going to say that we would accept one night rather than the full amount and this was refused because of policy. We arrived at the accommodation and they were unable to provide a room fit for service, so I beleive their stance on this situation was extremely poor. We must however compliment Ashley, she did her very best to help us, she did try to contact the manager, but he did not pick up and he has not made any effort to contact us since.

We clearly booked a twin room with two single beds, but on the morning of our check-in day, the hotel called us and said they had not been informed by Expedia and that we would be charged an extra $15. If that was the case, why give us the option to choose it at the time of booking? That part was quite disappointing, but aside from this, the hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the view was great.
