Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time staying in Ana's house. She was so accommodating and so quick to respond to each and every question I had. He knows the Austin area and her restaurant recommendations were spot on! Really close to the airport, Congress and Downtown. Wonderful stay for friends and family.

Very inaccurate listing information

I wasn’t able to stay at the place any of the nights. The listing states that it’s a 5 bedroom sleeps 12 people house. Which is very important because there were 11 grown men in our group. I arrived before everyone and upon arrival, the neighborhood is very unsafe looking. Most of the houses on the block were run down, looking as if they were being condemned. Next door, There was a suspicious man sitting on the ground of the drive up in the driveway of a fenced deconstruction property I noticed that it was 3 smaller bedrooms with a bed in each.

Great house for large group

Overall, had a great stay at this property with 10 other individuals. Proximity to downtown was as advertised, and while the neighborhood wasn’t comprised of all similarly fancy homes it had no impact on our stay. Only downside was the fact that 3 of the 4 air mattresses had holes with 2 of them being too large to repair with what was available.

Fantastic home for group celebration

Ana's home is beautiful and she was an amazing hostess! She communicated quickly and thoroughly and offered her service if we needed anything. Her home is fully stocked w amenities and the outdoor space is ideal for a gathering with friends and family. The home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, comfortable beds and all are nicely decorated. Our group was here to celebrate a graduation and we couldn't have found a better home to host our friends and family. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect for a bachelorette party!

This house was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette party of 12! We didn’t expect the house to be so fully stocked with everything we could ask for and more! There were leftover decorations, cups, etc. from previous parties. The entire place was very clean and smelled so good! It was lovely to walk into such a nice home when we arrived. The only thing I would say is that 12 girls was a bit of a tight squeeze, just because one of the air mattresses wasn’t working. Ana, the owner was so receptive and helpful during our stay, she even let us check out a little later on Sunday which we are so grateful for! I 1000% recommend this house for a big group. The location isn’t the best, but we figured we would be ubering/taking a bus everywhere so we were totally okay with it. Thanks, Ana!

The property is awesome, and the host were very accommodating. It was easy to locate everything we needed. The house it beautiful. I would say it sleeps 9-10 very easily. 12 may be a little squished, but possible. Host were very responsive. About 15 min from everything downtown/south Congress
