650 sqft. King bed in primary with Queen pullout sofa bed in living room. SMART TVs in both living (55") room and bedroom (43"). 300+MB Wi-Fi.

The condo is located in the Heritage district and is ranked one of the best places to live in Austin. It is located in a quiet and newly renovated building and is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, University of Texas and hiking/biking trails.

There is a designated parking spot right in front of building with easy access to the ground floor condo. Additional parking spaces are available for visitors.

We had an impeccable stay in Austin at Rich’s place. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we could ever need for a weekend stay. The location is great, about a 10min walk to UT campus and 20min walk to Darrell K. Royal Stadium. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is safe.
