With amenities like WiFi, AC, Spectrum tv (if wanted) plenty of parking, this welcoming property has everything you need for a comfortable sublet from January 1st - August 1st. Option to renew lease in July.

The popcorn ceilings were taken down in the living room, kitchen, hall and 2nd bedroom. This makes the space look more modern and open. Cats welcome. A dog is welcome if lease will be renewed in July.
