Welcome to the Timeless Estate on Lake Austin by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This property is full of mid-century charm nestled on an expansive waterfront estate amid countless century Live Oak trees. The lakefront lawn is the perfect place to host a small wedding or corporate event. The pool area features a hot tub and a covered patio with grilling and dining, all with the view of the lake. With many living areas, you can enjoy quiet time with a book or game time with your group. The dining room seats 10 while the kitchen area has additional dining for your entire group. There is a private office should you need to work while you are on vacation. Across the carport is an exercise room with free weights, exercise bands and an indoor ping pong table. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host up to14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
