This hotel never disappoints. It’s got so many amenities available to the guests as well as bikes you can rent and take through the city. The neighborhood is walkable and has great food. Highly recommend.

We LOVED the room and the staff were all so friendly! I think our only frustration was the towel situation. You were only allowed 1 per person! How are you supposed to use their awesome pool, sauna, etc... but then have to use the SAME towel after you shower. bummed about that.

Really loved staying at the roost on Rainey. Bed was really comfortable and the rooms and common area were very cute. Was a little loud at night due to Rainey street but no biggie.

We had a great stay in April. We were in the 15th floor, Rainey street side so we did a lot of people watching. If you are not interested in that I suggest the other side of the buildings as it may be a bit quieter at night but we loved it. If we come back we will for sure stay again. It’s a 8 min walk to downtown but there are a lot of choices for food and drink across the street so you are good staying there as well. Highly recommend it!

Rainey street is very loud at night. Club music and live bands Th-Sat until 2am. We faced Rainey street on 15th floor. Dohm sound machine didn’t help very much. Room was excellent otherwise. Women’s sauna could’ve been better designed-not much seating and ceramic tile floors were hot hot hot. Otherwise gorgeous pool area etc Ease up on the scented air-it’s a bit much. Oh - and pillows were way too stuffed and big for sleeping. Just being totally honest.
