The moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that soar through the second story, offering expansive views of the 50-foot lap pool, manicured gardens, and a large yard perfect for all ages. Inside, you'll find two inviting living spaces, and a full kitchen and dining area for shared meals. Step outside to an enclosed patio with a gas fire pit, dining table and swings, creating an idyllic space for cozy evenings and leisurely afternoons.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property.

Getting Around:
There is room for 5 cars in driveway and ample street parking on the east side. If you have extra cars that won’t fit in the driveway, street parking is available. Please follow the city requirements for street parking listed below: Only park on the east side of the street (The side closest to the home) & park on the side shoulder as much as possible to keep the road clear. The gate at the driveway will be left open for your convenience and will remain open during your entire stay. Please note that the gate cannot be closed.

Just 2 minutes away from a grocery store, and 10 minutes away from Austin Airport.

Uber and Lyft have their own pickup spot at Austin Airport. From the main terminal, follow signs for the rideshare pickup area located on the ground floor of the rental car garage. You will see the dedicated pathway to the rideshare pickup spot.

Other Things to Note:
Lodgewell as a property management company has a separate reservation agreement that is emailed to your personal email for digital signature. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy.

No parties or events are allowed on reservations. Please inquiry about events/large gatherings before booking.

Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house.

Quite Hours from 10 PM - 7 AM per City of Code.

Pets are not allowed

Interaction with Guests:
You will have the entire home to yourself and/or your group joining with you on your reservation however if you do need to reach us during your stay our staff is available to you by text during your stay.
