2 story condo, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with gorgeous views of Avalon Harbor the town and the hillside. Located on the top level of building C, with decks for entertaining or relaxing. Living space has open floorplan with fireplace and the extras to make your stay comfortable. The second level holds the bedrooms. All mattresses were updated in January 2017. Large master bedroom and master bath with hillside view. The second and third bedrooms have access to the deck with ocean, hillside and town views. Please, no pets and no smoking. A total of 1469 sq. feet. C63

Overall the condo was fine and met our groups needs. However, there were some issues. Including a glass shower door that didn’t slide and another one that was replaced with a cheap shower curtain. There is an elevator but otherwise it is a lot of stairs to get up to the condo. The sliding glass doors were difficult to open to the patio. The kitchen was properly stocked and condo is walking distance to everything.

Wonderful stay!

This condo worked perfectly for our group of 6 adult family members. Good space for hanging out in the living room, space for all in the dining room, and killer views from the main floor and bedroom level decks! Close to town and between hills so an easy walk.
