Check-in was easy and clear. We usually do a couple breakfasts and lunches at home to save a little money so would love to see a toaster included for the kitchenette area but otherwise it's just right for a beach bungalow.

Almost Great
Great location, nice room. Big snafu: the pullout was missing linens and a warm blanket. After an hour of multiple attempts and failures to reach the property manager for proper bedding, we finally went to Target and purchased our own. I understand that s*** happens, which is understandable, however the follow-up support was poor to non-existent. They never made an attempt or gesture to make up for the snafu, only a text apology. Good presentation but big miss on the landing.
