Andrew Brownsword Hotels - accommodation in Aylesbury

Room 518 was poorly kept. The net curtains were black from never being cleaned, air conditioning unit has never been cleaned, a single seater chair thats never been cleaned as its thick with black caked on dirt and is full of dust/dead bugs and the shower was either boiling hot or ice cold nothing inbetween. I had my wife and 2 year old with me and just as we had settled it would have been a pain to move rooms. Told reception in the morning who couldnt care less( think her name was nisha(but she was indian)) absolute poor service from her and she shouldnt be in hospitality.

Everything was great. Only complaint would be that the rooms are small.

Everything was perfect, the hotel is pet friendly
