Room view was stunning and it was clean, but no chairs or other furniture in room. Open concept bathroom is less than ideal. Sound carried badly and noisy guests (especially one lady beside us constantly on her phone) disrupted the tranquility of the place. Another woke us up at 2a.m. The hotel is concrete with no furnishings which attributes to the sound issues. Breakfast/bar staff were fantastic. The front desk staff less so and communication before arrival was lacking. I couldn’t even get a confirmation of our reservation. Breakfasts were delicious.

Right on the lagoon…so pretty. Front desk staff were very efficient and replied quickly to What’s App questions. My room 202 did feel a little like I was part of the deck scene…I would have preferred something a little quieter. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The property is beautiful, the staff is incredible, the food and cocktails are excellent! I had no complaints. We stayed 3 nights and it was exceptional. The walk to town is a little far but we did it twice! I wanted the exercise anyway. The staff was so hardworking, friendly, and helpful. I will come back if I'm in that part of the country again! An absolutely perfect stay for our group of 5 friends celebrating a birthday. The staff went above and beyond for everything...arranging massages, catamaran trips, etc. And the service at the bar and restaurant was so attentive and thoughtful.
