I only stayed the one evening but the location was perfect for the train station and for walking around the lovely town of Villach. The hotel had a relaxed feel to it and all the staff I encountered at reception at breakfast etc were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and clean. Also provided a laundry and an iron board if required. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options available. The only adverse comment I would make was when I asked if I could have an extended check out of 1 hour only I was going to be charged €15. I declined. I would definitely stay in the hotel again if visiting Villach. Thank you
