Private ocean view lot with three new construction houses. 350m from the ocean HWY. Do not need a 4x4 to reach property. Can walk to the beach or supermarket in less that 30 minutes. Ocean views throughout. Lambeau 3 has multiple patios with outdoor furniture and ocean views. Frequent toucan visitors and overhead parrots. This is a two bedroom (one king and one queen bed) with three full bathrooms. There is also a queen sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Low traffic area provides a quiet and peaceful setting. This house is two stories with ocean view balconies upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an attached private laundry room with washer and dryer. There are three large screen tv's - two upstairs and one downstairs. There is cable tv and fiber optic wifi and air conditioning

Wonderful experience

The house and property are beautiful, with sunset views over the ocean. Conveniently located close to town, but very quiet and peaceful. Scott and Tatiana are wonderful hosts, very responsive to all of my questions before and during my stay. Higjly recommend!

Everything went as we expected and we had a great time. The owner was super nice and helpful. The place was great, clean and very nice, as advertised on the pictures. Great place to stay at.

Perfect for your Uvita Stay

The house is brand new, modern and in immaculate condition. It truly is conveniently located to everything you would need and serves as a great launching point to all the area has to offer. The property offers beautiful ocean views with amazing sunsets from a location that also provides privacy, local flora and fauna and a relaxing and safe feel. You can be on the national park beach in less than 10 minutes or at the grocery store and restaurants in less than 5. The internet was fast and stable. TVs pulled in the NFL playoffs. This really is a nice property and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Scott and Tatiana could not have been more welcoming and helpful hosts.
