Located in the most comfortable location in Playa Hermosa de Uvita in the region for the closest drive to town and beaches, with all paved roads to access the home, and the shortest drive to the highway ( 3 minutes to the Costanera highway).

Dramatic and uniquely intimate ocean views (including the famous whales tail national park), with its close proximity to the beach and low elevation.

A short drive to the beach at the beautiful Playa Hermosa Beach in the section near the site of the annual Envision music festival. This home is the best launchpad for tours and adventures if you want to have epic ocean views and a quick drive to activities.

The ocean and jungle views are amazing at this unique vacation rental home! Enjoy the multiple large terraces at ground level and on the second level, and the many outdoor area options for entertaining, private conversations, yoga and fitness, observing nature and wildlife in the lush jungle, sunset watching, etc. The views to access ratio are one of the best of any property in this region of Costa Rica. This property was amazing! I would highly recommend visiting here. It is a beautiful new home with amazing views, great location, pool and plenty of room for family and friends. Our host, Gregori, was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 in all respects.

What a magical property!! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures if not better. We had 3 families (6 adults/6 children) and it was perfect for us. A few notes to help future travelers... Property layout - there are 4 rooms in the main house (2 upstairs - king/queen, 2 downstairs - king/two queens) and a 5th room in a separate house next to the pool table/behind the outdoor kitchen (king & loft bed). A/C - Something we didn't see on the listing is that only the bedrooms have air conditioning. This is super common in Costa Rica so we were ok with it, we just didn't know upfront. They have tons of doors you can open up to create air flow. Bugs - realize that with the doors open you will have all sorts of bug visitor. Wasnt an issue for us but could be for others.The Road - You must have 4 x 4. We had a family with 4 x 2 and they had to trade in their rental as they had problems getting up the hill. There is a small rocky/unpaved section followed by a very steep paved section. Its considerably up the hill so make sure you are comfortable with driving up and down sharp inclines (we had no problem).Location - the property is located about halfway between Uvita and Dominical. Pro-we could easily get into either city for activities and meals. Con-it was a 10-15 min drive to get to either one. Overally we would highly recommend this property! Stunning view, gorgeously designed and decorated, tons of space, great pool... would definitely stay again!

This is an outstanding property. They spared no expense on the luxury decor indoor and out. The views are breathtaking. Loved all the outdoor seating and the nights in the outdoor kitchen getting to hang out and watch football! Well stocked kitchen for any type of foods you’d like to cook/bake and drink!Gregory was the host and gave us great directions for anything we wanted to see and do while in the area. All communication was super prompt. The wildlife is abundant in the area. Just walking in the neighborhood you see Macaws/frogs/lizards/monkeys and more. Would definitely stay here again. One of the most luxurious places I’ve stayed. Thanks again Gregory for all your help.
