Vista Sirena: Expansive Ocean View 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath home above Dominical

This brand new 4 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom home was upgraded and finished in November 2023. Enjoy the peace and quiet in the hills above Uvita, with the expansive ocean view, while remaining 5 minutes from restaurants and shops. We were previously Premier hosts but sold 2 properties during the pandemic so our status was removed only because we didn't have rentals for a year. We're back and ready to host your best vacation again!

The property sits on 2.5 acres above the Pacific ocean with amazing sunset views. There are 4 large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have lofts with 2 twin beds each. We have a total of 11 beds to sleep 14-16 people.

The common space is large with a chef's kitchen, seating for 18, and a lounging area with multiple couches (one with a bed) and TV. There are several private lounging spaces as well. Plenty of options for large group gatherings or reading a book in private.

And then there's the pool with infinity edge overlooking the ocean.

We are in the rainforest with visits from toucans, macaws, monkeys, and sloths.

While the house is full of glass to maximize the views, all bedrooms have blackout blinds on all windows (motorized over sliding doors) to allow privacy and ultimate sleeping conditions.

We take care of everything you need for the trip, from airport transportation, to excursions and chef meals. We offer a lockbox entry for self checkin, but can provide help if needed.
