Everything during my stay was excellent. The hostess was unbelievably quick to respond to my inquiries. The residence was very clean and in excellent condition. I had a party of 5 and we all had plenty of room. There were plenty of towels and linens along with the kitchen being well stocked to prepare meals. The residence is very close to dining, grocery, and entertainment locations. I even had to use the nearby urgent care for an injured person in my party. The neighborhood was quiet at night and during the day. There wasn’t a lot of “riff raff” types hanging out so the neighborhood and business areas felt safe.Though a little off the beaten path, the main streets made getting to US Hwy 99, and then traveling to downtown Bakersfield easy. I would recommend this location for future travels.
