We had a 3 night stay here and enjoyed it, seems to be in a nicer area of town and the service was good. That being said the breakfast is poor (weird little warmed up sandwiches) and I am not a fan of having to ask for the room to be cleaned every day. but the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are nice but I did find 2 pincher bugs in the bathroom.. kinda gross. The front staff isn’t the most welcoming but check in was super easy, and the rooms had a ton of space. They did have free breakfast which, wasn’t a baggie selection but not bad at all. Overall a 4/5 stay, just minor things that I didn’t like but I would book with them again

Customer service, it's about time it came back

I got to the hotel and he saw that I was limping. I told him about my knee surgery and he put me on the bottom floor right next to everything greatly appreciated. I've been to a lot of hotels over the past years. No one has ever offered to do that for me without me.Asking great customer service.

Considering no elevator and the breakfast.

Room was clean,,over all nice.Front desk were very polite and professional and helpful. Was expecting a better continental breakfast. Danish,cereal, orange or apple juice,coffe ,microwave jimmy dean sausage, egg and biscuit doesn't make a good breakfast. No table to eat at. Had to eat at room on bed. Stairs only no elevator. A little pricey, considering the breakfast, no elevator. Easy on ,off highway, nice location, feels very safe. Overall a good nights sleep.

I booked this place being there’s a jacuzzi. Only to find out there was no heat for it when I went in. Asked the front desk and they apologized but would be fix end of week which doesn’t help being I’m leaving the next day. Not happy about that

The room was clean and grounds well maintained with the exception of the Bull Shed (defunct restaurant, bar and night club). Pool area is very nice and very well maintained. Continental breakfast consisted of breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, juice and coffee.
