Stiff beds

The property was not in a good area, therefore, was not expecting a whole lot of amenities. However, there were roaches in the room, and one of the beds with stiff as a board.

The entire parking lot surrounding the hotel was infested with homeless drug addicts . I had my U-Haul full of my belongings parked there and did not feel comfortable. The room itself almost burned my face off when I entered my room, which of course was never locked because the lock was broken. It looked like someone pooped on my bedspread and it wasn’t all the way washed out. I stayed for 10 minutes and then gave the key back and grunted a complaint as I walked towards my truck to drive away. I want a refund please.

I have to leave the hotel because they can give me some clean room… it’s very, very unsanitary, they moved me out to the room 3 times but all rooms was same, I’m very disappointed with my booking … so I left and got other hotel

Dirty rooms, I left the same day I checked in and they won't give a refund at all paid for 3 nights and didn't even stay a whole night even after switching rooms the cockroachs were just to much for us to sleep in the room so I asked for a refund for 2 of the nights and was told no so I can say what the laundry room was like because I never went in it. The parking lot wasn't to bad there were a security guard that walked around I seen him walking by every time I went outside.
