CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY ALSO INITIALLY WITHHELD OVER HALF OF MY DEPOSIT. THEY SAID THERE WAS MAKEUP (THAT WASHES OFF) ON SOME TOWELS AND SHEETS. AFTER CALLING, THEY ENDED UP REFUNDING PART OF THE DEPOSIT, BUT THEY STEAL WITHHELD $25 OUT OF THE $100 DEPOSIT. THEY SAY THEY ARE VERY STRICT WITH MARKS LEFT ON SHEETS AND TOWELS. ALSO, THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE ANY CLOTHES HANGERS AND THEY PROVIDED ONLY ONE BAR OF SOAP, MINIMAL TOWELS, NO COFFEE MAKER, AND TWO TINY PILLOWS. IN THE 50 YEARS I HAVE RENTED ROOMS, I HAVE NEVER HAD A DEPOSIT OR PORTION OF DEPOSIT WITHHELD UNTIL NOW. I THINK THIS IS A WAY FOR THEM TO INCREASE THEIR BOTTOM LINE.

The other residents did not like me for some reason. Turned off my laundry dryer. Stole one sock to make a point. I have never lost a sock in the laundry. Several encounters with a man and his dog at the elevator entrance. He and his dog were at the door as it opened. Intimidation. He would not move to let me out of the elevator. Sad. He did that twice. I noticed several students waiting for the school bus. In other words, they lived at the motel. That is something California does for illegal immigrants. Somebody pays for their motel stays. I was not so lucky. I paid over a thousand dollars for my stay. Butt, I will Not be back. Not a chance.

When we first arrived at hotel very bad customer service at desk they don't take cash for incidentals which is fine they don't give you extra towels you have to sign out an iron however the manager Anthony is very nice and respectable rooms were good comfortable clean also tell us there's no smoking in the smell like marijuana before you entered the elevator

The location was easy to find in the room was sparse the reason for the very low rating is they have a ridiculous policy of only providing one washcloth per room. I was clear that there are two people staying in the room. I asked to repeatedly and I was told that it is their policy. They are not allowed to provide any additional towels

Doesn’t make sense to have a kitchen in your room and not have access to any utensils not even plastic. You get two very small pillows. You can’t find coffee anywhere in the hotel. There’s a kitchen in your room, but no coffee pot when you go downstairs, I just point down the street and tell you to go to Starbucks

No hot water. Unable to shower. Left after one night, planned on staying six. Complained to management. Was told the water was warm enough for use. We spoke with 8 other guests also unhappy with lack of hot water. Room had kitchen but no utensils or cookware. Hotel wanted to sell utensils to us.

This was the least expensive of the area motels but it exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the Manager's professionalism and some of the evening shift workers were always very helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway. The check in was ok but the lady wasn't very helpful or friendly. She had to charge our credit card twice. Once for the price of the stay and then again for a deposit. Not sure why it couldn't all be charged at once. When we got to our room was were we really noticed a lack of quality. There were crumbs all over the floor around the heater/ac unit. It had a little kitchenette but absolutely nothing to use - not even a coffee pot! There was 1 TINY bar of soap and 1 small pkg of shampoo and that was it! We had 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels. We didn't even have a hand towel to use. When we asked for an extra washcloth, hand towel, and and extra bath towel we were told we couldn't get any more. We had to bring our dirty ones to the front desk and "trade it in" for new ones. We had to go out late at night after traveling all day and buy paper towels, soap, and a wash cloth so we had something to dry our hands on and both of us could shower. I wish we would have stayed at the Marriot next door!! For the price of this property it was not worth it!! The amenities were absolutely nothing and none of the staff was friendly. I would not stay here again.

Very uncomfortable

The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows you only get 2 and its a ball of cotton. Heater didnt work. No conditioner, no coffee pot, no coffee in lobby. It was freezing and beds were hard. The room itself was clean. No curtains for black out window was wide open and it was only blinds in room. I will not stay here again.

I was woke up at 3 in the morning by a cockroach crawling on me. At checkout, I informed the front desk attendant and was shocked that she didn't seem to care. As if that is a normal occurrence. I will NEVER stay at this establishment again and will advise friends and family to also avoid it. I was going to attach the picture of it but this app wont let me
