Very surprised they only clean rooms once every 14 days and if you want it sooner they charge more. People above us we very loud and sounded like they were moving furniture at 12am

I arrived 40 minutes early. Although the room was ready I was told to come back at 3pm. I understand that 3pm is check-in, but come on, if the room is ready why make me wait in my car. Poor customer service. The room is clean but very basic. No hair dryer. With many nearby choices I would not stay there again.

Fragrance bad for MCS chemical sensitivities

The smell of laundry fragrances was over-powering throughout the entire building. I opened the window to my room which helped momentarily but turning on the heater just brought the fragrance back stronger as it was in the air vents. Most hotels don’t use fragrance because people are allergic, this was not expected. I only stayed in the room about 2 hrs to shower and eat, often wearing a mask and brining a hepa filter. The clothes I wore in the building for that short time still stink days later in my laundry. I slept in my car that night. I wish I didn’t buy a non refundable room. I would have cancelled it. But also I was exhausted from long travel and taking care of family on hospice and didn’t want to try yet again at another hotel. Although I’ve never had this problem at another hotel before and I’m a frequent traveler for business and personal.

This place should not bel allowed to host people. The building is not in a good condition. The room paint was scratched off the wall, the window wouldn't close and yes, it is wintertime. Additionally, they didn't return my full deposit. They kept $10 just because, without any justification. Also, they don't want to refund 2 cancelled nights. Honestly, this place should not be in business.

Roaches in the room pillows uncomfortable when notify the manager he never apologized or bother to compensate me just said they will spray staff that checked me in was chewing gum and popping it while checking me in just a bad experience overall

No frills but good option

It was an average stay as expected but last minute when I missed boarding my flight was cut off by two minutes. When I realized my flight the next morning was 6:15 am I didn’t want to go all the way back home and come back so early (over an hour each way). This was such an affordable option compared to all other motels in the area.

They didn’t want to give me more than 1 blanket. Claimed there was a noise complaint, sent sheriffs but never knocked, called, or complained before hand about any noise. Staff were very rude. Kept my deposit because I cut my finger & there was a spec of blood on a sheet. Called and asked why was my deposit taken they claim they only took $30 but my bank account shows different. & now I have to wait 24-48 hours to see if they will give me the remaining balance & there’s no manager on duty until 7-11am. I will never stay here again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Problems checking in. The pair ahead of me had problems with their reservation and their credit card. My check-in went well. However, the card key didn't work. The desk help had to come and open the door to the room. The room itself was spartan (no carpet). It did have most amenities: fridge, microwave, and even an inductive stove top (but no cooking utensils). The bathroom was large, with 16' of grab bars.

We were trying to check out early in the morning but the reception was closed. Nobody was available. We also tried to call the helpline but nobody answered. Also, why did the office had metal screen and no employees on sight?

My day will be perfect if I could feel safer sleeping in here. The hotels and room and staff are very good with excellent selection. The hotel is quiet, even though it’s close to the airport the only concern is the safety as they are a lot of homeless. You still have to worry about your belonging inside the car as they can break it through at what happened to the hotel’s staff.
