Receptionist was friendly but insisted twice that i had to pay extra for me dog (i showed her the receipt as I'd actually paid in advance); was begrudgingly accepted. The room was adequate but needs some repair work. Window catch broken and held closed with gaffer tape. Heating not working so had a little electic heater and mould on the shower room ceiling.

The room was clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful. It is surprisingly quiet. The water pressure was great and I felt safe. It's so close to the service station you can grab a coffee and some food I would highly recommend!

We arrived late but the reception lady was very friendly and helpful, checking us in in seconds. The room was dated but clean and functional and was just a place to sleep for the night, overall it was very good for the price. The eating facilities and car charging options on site were all excellent also.

Staff were lovely but couldn't make up for the poor conditions. Rroom was hot despite cool weather, bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Rumor was they were renovating rooms but we never saw one so can't confirm.

Reliable and easy

Fantastic as usual. Very reliable, very quiet. Only downside, is that if you are staying on the ground floor facing the car park, others may see you. There is a hedge which prevents this to a small degree. This is a very minor criticism- everything else is perfect, best value for money.
