🔹 Security Measures – For safety purposes, exterior security cameras are in place. Rest assured, no cameras are installed inside the home.
🔹 Pre-Stay Inspection – The property is thoroughly inspected before each check-in. If you notice any damage or issues upon arrival, please report them immediately.
🔹 Check-Out Policy – To maintain our cleaning schedule, unapproved late check-outs will incur additional charges.
🔹 Heating & Cooling Use – Please ensure all windows and doors remain closed when using the HVAC system.
