The bathroom upon arrival was disgusting. I kindly requested it be re-cleaned in which i was “promised” it would be but it never was. Instead, we were moved to another room… The ice machine on our floor did not work and there was no effort in repairing it (we were here for a week). One of the washing machine for guest use was out of service and after having a conversation with another guest who had been there 3 weeks prior… she said it was broken then too… so again no effort put forth for repair. The pool was digesting and out of service for the first several days we were there… stains on the hallway carpets, the AC in our room was loud and horrible! We had to keep it at 61 degrees just to feel “comfortable”. We will never stay here again….

Overall, our stay was average. However, it could have been exceptional had the rooms been properly cleaned and looked after maintenence-wise. First, the positives, every interaction I had with hotel staff was fabulous. Front desk personnel were so helpful and addressed concerns in a timely manner. Next the negatives, our room was not clean upon our arrival. I could feel grit on bathroom countertops, there was dust over all the furnture, and ourbwindow shade and sheer panel were a hot mess. The sheer panel bottom was coming apart and the wooden bottom was barely hanging to the rest of the panel. The blind itself had holes all over the right side. There was bits of paper and some kind of feathers all over the floor and stayed there until after our 3rd night. It also doesn't appear the toilet ever was cleaned. I also discovered a non working room phone. The hotel lobby itself was really nice and the breakfasts were pretty good considering they need to feed a large amount of folks.

Great place to stop

The hotel was clean, the eating area and lobby were really nice, the kids enjoyed the pool, and the staff was helpful. My only complaint was that our hallway smelled like someone had been smoking.
