From the time our stay started till the time of checkout, our room was never serviced by housekeeping. Multiple request went ignored. We spoke to the head of housekeeping, directly who assured the room would be cleaned and yet the room still wasn’t cleaned. Other attendees in the hotel in the room next to ours got into a huge fight and argument that lasted from midnight to 3 AM that no one came to address so that affected the sleep. There was an issue with the toilet in our second room that no one came to address and we the guest had to address ourselves. I have emailed the manager. I have called multiple times and received not one response back. Often times calling down to the desk they don’t answer the phone. And God forbid you need new towels or wash rags because you’re not getting them. To have paid for two rooms that never got cleaned you had to beg or go get fresh towels yourselves restrooms not working and no one thinks it’s important to even give a customer a call back. I suggest finding elsewhere for lodging.

The room was clean, the location was quiet, the staff was pleasant and professional, and there was no foolishness. A hidden location that you wouldn't know existed if not for an online map.
