Our favorite hotel in Baltimore. We feel like we are visiting friends now. Front desk staff is fantastic as well as rest of the hotel staff. And the bartenders at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse are super friendly. We will be back!👍

For the price I expected more. The hotel is a little outdated other than the bathroom. I had a balcony room but didn’t have a good view of the harbor because of the room location. The room appearance was definitely not worth the price. The restaurants available downstairs were a good thing but I honestly wouldn’t stay here again. I have spent way less at other hotels that were more updated than this. The staff was pleasant but once again they really should invest in updating the rooms

We had to check in late at night due to our flight but the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The side of the hotel outside was questionable as there are homeless that sleep on the benches nearby.

Don’t believe their claim that parking is availabl

Like other guests, we found that there was no one at the front desk when we arrived around 7 pm. Te hotel advertises “parking available;” however, we were somewhat rudely told that “we have parking, but there’s a concert tonight so there probably won’t be a space available.” So checking in was not great. We heard every bit of that concert while in our room until it ended at 10:45 pm. We had had to park in a building about 2 blocks away from the hotel. We had to leave at 2 am, and I asked the young man at the desk if it was safe for me to walk there by myself. He said it was, but he walked over to my car with me anyway. I was so grateful to him, because a woman would never walk alone at night where we live. There was a mouse running around in the lobby as we were leaving, so I’m not sure how clean the restaurants were, but our room was clean.

Stayed here during a concert. Closest hotel to Pier 6. Convenient! McCormicks in hotel was AMAZING. Dead bugs on bathroom floor. Carpet on the other side of the wall from the bathroom/shower was soaked from clearly a bathroom leak. No towels, washcloths of hand towels were in the bathroom for us. Blood and hair on the floor of bathtub. GROSS.

Liked; Proximity to Inner Harbor Disliked: 1. Self Serve Breakfast cost $20/person. Most places that charge $290 a night (more on this later) or less, provide a good meal for free. This one was anything but good. Cold hard scrambled eggs, inedible tater tots, greasy bacon, and the kicker was tri-fold paper towels for napkins. Ate there once but most was discarded. Did not return. We did go elsewhere and had a good breakfast for fess than $40! Enjoyed these much, much more. 2. Paid to upgrade the room to have a patio from which the harbor could be viewed. How nice! NOT!! View we had was into a pit roof containing AC and Air Handlers and an equipment screen that blocked all but the roof of a structure beyond that . Did not see water. Upgrade? Thieves. 3. Simple things that aggravate: a. To Go coffee cups larger than the lids which dropped right into the coffee. b. An Iron that could not be used because no one cleaned the bottom to use. Had plastic melted into it. c. The shower soap container had no soap. When asked to refill, that fell on deaf ears. d. A drawer on a bedside table would not stay closed. I placed a comb between the drawer and the cabinet to hold it. Had I not, the sharp corner would have caused an injury as it was in the place where one would get out of the bed. Poor. e. They advertise a fitness center that is close by. Is three blocks close by? 4. Parking is $30/night.. 5. Will NEVER stay here again!
Lid goes right into cup. Maybe they should check ttem before they are given out!
The drawer did not stay closed and presented a hazard. A comb wedged between drawer and case worked.
Get the stuff off the bottom of the iron!
I paid an upgrade to have the room overlooking the inner harbor from a balcony with a small table and chairs. This is what we got. Romantic and peaceful? NOPE!!

We enjoyed our room here. Our balcony overlooked the aquarium and water canals, but it did connect to the room next door which was kind of strange and the other balcony just had a little iron gate between it so you could see the other people if they were outside,! It was still a great location and very convenient to get around for a quick one day stay in Baltimore.

It could be a very shic boutique hotel based on size and location but it is getting a bit rundown and so few staff around and guests apparent, it seemed lonely and deserted. If it was empty, they could have dazzeld us by putting us in a GREAT room but instead we were in the minimal good room we paid for with an upgrade.
