I have no complaints about this hotel. It was in a great location, literally right around the corner from everything. Parking in the garage was easy, they had early check-in available, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was nice.

Long weekend in Baltimore

Very nice hotel in the inner harbor. Parking garage under the hotel was very convenient.

The room was clean and comfy. AC could be improved. It was relatively warm and noisy. Otherwise, great hotel and would stay again. We stayed for a concert at CFG and it was a short walk to the arena. The hotel is right at inner harbor with plenty of activities.

The hotel was definitely beautiful and for the most part kept up, the pool definitely did not look anything like the pictures online and majority of the area was under construction with no hot tub to be used all kinds of flying insects. Paying for WiFi seemed a bit much to us. And not even being able to have kcup refills in our room. Again nothing super major. For the most part we enjoyed our stay.

The elevators were a nightmare. I think one set was down, and they really could use additional even if both sets were working. Although beyond their control, we also couldn’t get to the front of the hotel or the parking garage due to street closures for an event, and I wish this would’ve been communicated to us at booking. The hotel itself and the room were very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they placed us in a room very close to the pool since we had little ones! The staff were all friendly but Melvin took the cake!! We’d be back simply for him!

Very tired hotel. TV picture worn out, toilet refills every few minutes, fitted sheets dont fit so sheet constantly pulling off. Seems lije they are not doing long term repairs.

We were booked during a bike race so our car was not accessible for one full day of our visit. No mention was made of this during our reservation process. But we had to pay an excessive amount for parking. Also, there wasn’t much staff available and we had questions about things. We had to wait for elevator access a lot, there weren’t sufficient elevators running at some points.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable updated. It was a busy weekend in Baltimore, and in the hotel, and it appeared that only two of the elevators were working so there were always long wait times. Other than that, very pleased with our stay.

Parts of the building were extremely dated. There were patched holes in the ceiling and walls of both of our rooms, and the furniture was showing its age. The reception staff was also not great. We tried to check in early and were met with a very unhelpful receptionist who seemed very annoyed that we were there. When there was confusion over a second room that was in another name, she provided no support and was very abrupt, stating there was nothing she could do. When we checked in late we had another issue with the receptionist who was having trouble with the computer and walked away for at least 5 mins while the other receptionist checked in 2 families before asking if I had been checked in. The hotel was fully booked (Orioles, bike race, and concert in the same day) and only two of the 4 elevators were working. All day the elevators were packed and we spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting to use them. On the positive note, the gentleman who eventually helped me check in was so courteous and helpful, explaining that the housekeeping staff had not yet released rooms, so they had to fix that before I could be checked in. I also felt the room was very spacious.

Was a nice hotel, area is convenient for some things but it was noisy outside and the area around it was not the nicest smelling.
