Great location in Baltimore. Walking distance for Orioles games. Parking on site and easy access from garage to hotel. The breakfast package is definitely an added bonus.

Mostly staff are rude inconsiderate and lazy. Also when told them the furnace was not running properly i got told its supposed to sound that way. Outlets in bathroom were burnt and tripping they told me oh well u gotta press button. When management was told he proceeded to tell me about his promotion not a solution... so id not recommend this place its trash and their employees too

The property was perfect for walking access to the inner harbor, aquarium and Camden Yards. Traffic around that area is bad and people drive like idiots but we walked so only issue was getting in and out of the area. Hotel shows it's age but kept up quite well. We were satisfied.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very courteous. We had one girl that took care of us at breakfast. Her name was Christina. She was very pleasant and we hadn’t seen her for a day while we were there and she remembered our order exactly shows how much she pays attention to her patrons

BEWARE OF PARKING FEES!

The proximity to Camden Yards was great, but the $40/day for parking is absolute robbery! It's self-parking in a garage; please explain why you steal an extra $40/day from your customers when you have already provided the bare minimum at a premium cost. The hotel itself is okay, the staff was pleasant, and the location is great, but the extra cost for a parking space is ridiculous!

Baltimore Business Convention

It was very convenient to the convention center, and the staff was very nice. The Stake house was on point, but the sports bar needed a little more staff on the nights I was there. Overall, the food was very good. There was some kind of closed restaurant or events room by the entrance of the lobby that was a bit of an eye sore. The harbor was cool to visit. But I was not impressed by the stores at the shopping plaza on the water. Phillips Restaurant was excellent
