This place was fine, but they need to update the listing with correct pool hours. Also their main elevator was out of order which caused a lot of walking. This is a big property, so kind of a big deal when lugging up suitcases and children.

I resented a $100 deposit being taken for incidentals but not being refunded for 30 days. The deposit is understandable, the length of time you hold into it is exceedingly long

The coffee maker in the room is giving microplastics in every cup. The rooms are dingy and outdated with a funky smell. The common areas are nice and there's a killer pizza joint not to far down the road.

They had a small breakfast area that is advertised as a restaurant… it is NOT. It’s only open a few hours in the AM (closed by 9:30AM). There was a refrigerator in the room, but no ability to adjust the temperature and all of by beverages froze. The HVAC system is old… the room was either freezing or hot. There was no “fan” option. The bed was positioned in such a way that the TV couldn’t be viewed because it was partially blocked by an armoire. Finally, the hotel is almost hidden behind the Extended Stay Hotel.

Property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. There was not enough help at check-in. Also, there were some rowdy guests who were not respectful to other sleeping guests. These guests were talking loudly and allowing young children to run the halls at inappropriate hours.
