One of our side tables was really rusty the bathroom tiles were all loose and the cable channels were terrible.

When we arrived in our room it was not what I booked, two twins. I did not want to sleep on the pull out couch. Going back to front desk she did give us two rooms at no extra charge. So the problem was solved.
