Staff is great!

The staff is AMAZING and made it worth it. The elevator smells like cigarettes, likely due to the carpeting and the rest of the hotel including the rooms you could tell were pretty old. There was water damage on the walls but thankfully we were only staying one night. Again, the staff made it worth it.

Dirty and stinky hotel. Comforter had stains on it. So I changed the room - the new room had torn carpet, faucet in the bathroom (shower one) was dripping, the water wasn’t draining properly in the washbasin, bathroom door wasn’t closing/locking, noisy AC. You name it. Is this really Marriott? Marriott is now a 1 star hotel like Motel 8. Very very disappointed. Never staying in any Spring Hill Suites anymore. I would not even stay here for free.

We opted not to have maid service and just asked for extra items when needed. One ply toilet paper and no Kleenex, not so good. Staff was very friendly. Food was typical for hotel breakfast. We stayed 4 nights and it was what we needed for our stay. Close to airport so convienent

This was my first experience in Baltimore and stay in the Springhill Suites. Although it wasn't close to the convention center, it wasn't difficult to get a ride, and while the room showed wear, it was clean and well supplied.

It seemed that everyone else staying there was a large party. Like big, loud, crowds of mainly children. In the elevator. At the pool. Everywhere. That with the hot tub being out of service do to unclean unsanitary unsafe conditions and a hesitance to clean it. Some staff was unprofessional…offering silly non solutions and giving out other guests’ highly confidential information! To date I haven’t gotten a response from their corporate or their general manager.

I specifically picked this site because it offered a hot tub & pool. After we get checked in & settled & go to the pool area, we can't get in. We then found out it was closed for repairs. There was no notice anywhere & we weren't informed when we checked in. I brought it to the attention of the young man behind the desk as well as messaged the hotel but we were not offered even a small compensation for the inconvenience & lack of amenities advertised. I won't be returning to this property for that reason alone.

Affordable stay, clean rooms and facilities. The lovely desk clerk, beautifully brown sister in leopard (as I failed to inquire her name), she assisted my husband and I with our last minute check-in following our annual Legal Shield Convention. During our 1-night stay with Springhill Suites on April 27th, we were very pleased with our rooms cleanliness and comfort. I hope that the young lady recieves great recognition for being patient as so many guests were checking in and out during that time(3:45p-4:15p). Thank you so much for a comfortable stay during the last leg of our Baltimore trip.
