Check in went fine, no adjoining rooms but they gave us rooms next to each other which was fine. Rooms are ok. We booked rooms for 4 occupants each and each room only had 2 towels. We tried to call front desk probably 10x for service and nobody ever answered. We had to go to front desk, still wet from pool, to ask for towels only for attendant to ask “Towels for what?” very rudely. Additionally, the pool was freezing and dirty, and the hot tub was barely warm and even dirtier. After very short time we decided to go back to the room (only to find we didn’t have enough towels). For the price I would expect nicer facilities and better service.

The furnishings in the common areas were worn and in need of replacement. The upolstry was worn, filling coming out in some places, hallway carpets were splitting at the seams in places. The grab bar in the shower is at the wrong end of the tub forcing you to climb over the toilet to use it. The reflective material is coming off the mirror. The computer in the business suite was being used for over an hour all three mornings we were there by a gentleman watching videos. The printer was out of toner all 3 days as well. Breakfast was provided but below par compared to other places we stayed.

The property was convenient to the offsite parking for the airport. The hotel needs a refresh, it is beginning to look rundown. The couch looked dirty, as well as stains on the cushions. Cobwebs above the mirror in the bathroom. We also had an issue with noise & the smell of marijuana. We had a very early flight and we only ended up actually sleeping for an hour or 2. The noise was not the fault of the hotel but it was not the experience we were looking for.

Looking run down and not taken care of...

My partner and I visit this property every few months- this time, it was showing its age. The carpet in the elevator was gross and only one elevator was working at a time. The room was fine but the water wouldn't drain in the sink or tub, the closet door was removed, and there was a filter alert on the thermostat. The breakfast, which is usually a highlight, was sparse. While I understand the hotel was full, that should be taken into consideration. I hope these reviews are taken seriously and things adjusted- I truly used to enjoy this hotel and recommend it to family. If things don't get fixed up, that will no longer be the case.

My stay was pleasant. There was a situation with the television in which I called the front desk and Marie came straight to solve it. Front desk personnel was very professional and responsive. No dismissive attitudes!
