This place brought back memories of my grandpa’s cabin and was wonderful. The place is more charming than modern and we really enjoyed that. Lots of fun toys and some fun games. One room has a curtain instead of a door which was no issue but just so you know. There’s a rental house right next to this place making it confusing who the large yard belongs to. The renters also have a dog so we felt more hesitant to let our dog off leash. I think they are planning on a fence to help with this issue. I could have reached out for more clarification but didn’t feel the need for my purposes. Also- the trail is very short. However, just down the dirt road there’s another trailhead if you feel the need for a longer walk/ dog walk. I enjoyed the place and it’s pretty close to Bandon and not far by car to the beach. Would stay here again.

Bandon is an absolute gem of the Oregon coast, and Heather’s cabin is amazing!! She was helpful, responsive and attentive. The property is spacious and beautiful, and the home is cozy and very well provisioned. The wood burning stove made it home for us. We’ll definitely be back.
