This motel is definitely not modern, but pretty charming. And the view from our room was AMAZING! I am forever spoiled by getting to see the ocean through the sliding glass door of our room. Cute louvered screen system next to the door to let in fresh air and ocean sounds. Wish they had a fridge & microwave. Breakfast was included but pretty minimal. Could walk 0.2 mi to the Face Rock overlook and 0.4 miles other direction to another overlook with stairs down to the beach.

Property is BADLY in need of a refresh. Exterior is nice - interior/rooms are beat up and rough. No cell service. For those with mobility issues READ THIS: the view directly from our room was BEAUTIFUL, with Facerock and the Wizard’s Hat directly in view. HOWEVER, to access the beach you have to walk a block up the road and DOWN 10 flights of increasingly sketchy stairs. Town is just a few minutes away with ample shopping and dining (particularly in Old Town).

The beachfront unit we were in was dated but very clean and quaint. The view was exceptional. I definitely would would not stay anywhere else if I were in the area again.Also pet friendly.

This property said it was established in 1936 and it looks like it! It was totally disgusting and in very poor condition. Would not recommend for anyone. Left without staying the night. Would not refund money that we paid when we booked, several months before.

First room assignment was unacceptable. Smelled musty and carpet was filthy. Second room was hardwood floors and clean newer room.

Pros: Right by the ocean, incredible view from our room, close to Old Town Bandon and the viewpoints and sights! We appreciate and are glad we stayed at the property for these reasons :) Now for the cons: Room was in *very* poor condition, stained carpet, beds were sinking in, dusty surfaces, no AC which is ok but only one tiny and very dusty fan to help with cooling and air flow, room doesn’t have a mini refrigerator or microwave. I understand paying $160 for the incredible view and location, and to me for the cost the room it should also be decent and in better condition. Staying here next time we’re in Bandon will be a last resort.
