It’s a beautiful piece it’s just that it’s in a very busy, rather industrial airport area. The staff and the property is first class but someone needs to review the prices in the bars! Absolutely ridiculously inflated…c’mon guys, 320b for an ounce of bourbon…200b for a small beer! The list we paid anywhere in thsiland was 80b. Please….youll sell way more at fair prices.

Excellent service from all staff, from the young man who helped us with our cases to the reception and the restaurant staff everyone was kind and helpful. The free airport transfer was great and easy, the driver helped us with our luggage. The pool area is only small but enough for an airport hotel. Food in the restaurant was lovely and I had the best breakfast English tea served traditionally which I loved!

A good hotel for overnight stay near the airport

Very effocient and friendly staff and the hotel is clean. Hotel is ok, although rooms are old. Nothing to do around the hotel, no currency change and the hotel charge more thsn 10% above normal rates. No spa in the hotel and the spa nearby is expensive and not so professional. Free shuttle to the airport which is short for short time visitors.

We stayed at Siam Mandarina for one night before heading to Phuket. I truly appreciated the shuttle transportation they provided. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with a warm smile. We stayed in a suite with two rooms, offering a spacious living area, one full bathroom, and a half bathroom. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. Communication with the hotel was excellent as well.
