Checked in after arrival and spent two nights! Hotel is very nice, rooms very comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a wide variety of food available. Meals in the restaurant for dinner were equally as good ordering off the menu so never left the hotel until we checked out. If you need a hotel either upon arrival or prior to departure from Bangkok then this hotel is perfect choice and is highly recommended! I will definitly use again!!

Overall pretty good but minor annoying problems. Couldn’t regulate shower water temperature. Destroyed one of my shirts in the laundry. Got called late at night to switch rooms because of “urgent maintenance “ Room service got one order completely wrong. Previous stays have been fine so just writing this one off as an anomaly.

Love the 24 hour flex check in, that helps after a very long flight, the walk from the airport is very easy and the shuttles are also on time and run a lot

We stayed 1N to recover from an overnight flight from Europe before flying on to Australia. The hotel has a free airport shuttle or you can walk to it via the train station connected to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of dining options on site. There is a nice pool area and a fitness centre and spa. The room we had was large and comfortable and had tea making facilities.

À notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis et le restaurant du Hyatt Regency Bangkok est excellent un vrai bon départ ! Malheureusement, la déception est vite arrivée en découvrant les couloirs menant aux chambres : odeur de moisissure persistante dans tout l’hôtel, et moisissures visibles dans les douches, les chambres et les couloirs. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, car le service et la restauration sont de qualité, mais l’entretien général laisse à désirer.
