Shuttle service was good. At check-in the desk said a bag boy would bring the luggage up in a minute, but 2 hours later they still had not brought the bags so I had to go down to the front desk and get them myself. Also, they charged more for a taxi than other hotels did.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are charming, fast check in, the shuttle bus convenient but quite crowded, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, very nice sheets and white towels, the room specious but the bathroom needs some changes even it's very clean. Great amenities

We booked this to be close to the airport for our early morning flight because we didn't want to chance Bangkok traffic. The hotel was beautiful with many amenities. They also offer a free shuttle to/from the airport.

Everything was wow :) The welcome and taking care of everything from the taxi door until the room … how fast it was when I reach the disk they said welcome with a smile and direct the key in my hand :) Thanks a lot and hope to visit again

Hotel was good. The only reason I give two stars is, I feel the lady at the check-in desk tried to scam me. I asked for change for 1000 baht to pay the taxi driver. After I handed her the 1000 baht note, she insisted I did not give her the money. We went back and fourth for about 10 minutes and she finally said she "realized" it was her mistake and the money had fallen down the drawer and she did not see it. The other staff in the hotel were friendly and courteous.
