We had an early flight at 8am and i thought staying here close to the airport would be handy, in hindsight i think it would of been easier and cheaper to have just stayed in the bangkok and just left earlier. When we checked in there was no room for us on the courtesy bus the following morning, unless we went an extra 30 mins ... NO ... so we had to catch a mini and pay for this - the hotel was also about 10 mins from hotel. Rooms were pretty tired, personally i would stay in town again and just leave a bit earlier - i really dont think at the end of the day we didnt really save any time or money.

Wow I was impressed . Everything about the hotel, our room, the bed , the breakfast was 5 star. Only improvement I would say are maybe the bathrooms that I would give a 4 star rating but everything else was terrific. I think this will be my new hotel whenever I have to do a quick stop near the Bangkok airport for a night or 2. I was very content with everything.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport, and both arrival and departure transfers between the hotel and the airport are well organized with a very convenient shuttle schedule using a comfortable bus. Despite arriving earlier than the official check-in time, we were checked in immediately without any waiting. The staff are very polite, friendly, and caring — you don’t need to carry your luggage yourself. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Not far from the hotel (about 15–20 minutes by taxi) there is a large shopping mall, Mega Bangna, which is perfect for shopping and offers a wide variety of restaurants for every taste. You can easily spend the second half of the day there without the need for a long and tiring trip to downtown Bangkok. The price–quality ratio of the hotel is excellent. It’s an ideal choice for a one-night transit stay before a flight. Next time, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room was fine. The customer service upon arrival and departure were not great. Front desk staff wasn’t very helpful ( we had to ask about breakfast and amenties, they didn’t share any of this proactively). We stayed in another Bangkok hotel earlier on this trip and the experience was vastly different. The shuttle service in the morning was great - old shuttle very bumpy ride, lack of communication whilst waiting in the lobby. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is a perfect spot for an overnight stay before or after a flight. They have a free airport shuttle. The restaurant was good, and rates are good. Definitely recommend this hotel.
