For such a price of stay, I found the room to be very dated, furniture is all scratched, damaged and furniture materials and stained and dirty. not what I would expect for such a hotel and price. however its location to airport is great. the staff are very friendly and tentative. the best thing I found was the buffet, it is very good. everything was fresh and clean, very well presented, great selection of food and flavours.

Good convenient location to airport, can walk to and from airport through underground access to hotel. Excellent service from staff and very friendly. Beautiful buffet and dining. However the room is very dated, very much in need of upgrading considering the cost per night. furniture is all chipped and scratched surfaces and city view booking is not a view of Bangkok cbd. overall I would stay here again but without the city view cost

Very convenient to the airport. Quiet room, with both a bathtub (which I especially enjoyed) and separate shower. The fitness center was extremely well-equipped - one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. My only slightly negative comment is that the room furniture is starting to show signs of wear. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

The only airport hotel within walking distance of airport terminal. Hotel lobby is majestic. Room furniture is a bit tired looking but traditional & fit-for-purpose. Bathroom was immaculate, spacious & clean. Air conditioning worked a treat.

Great transit hotel

We needed an airport hotel and this one certainly fit the bill! Staff were welcoming and attentive. Shuttle services was a bonus.

Short one night stay after marathon 20 hour flight. Perfect location to catch an early flight next morning. Nice gym and pool. Would stay again if need arises.

Great place to stay if you have a flight the next day. While the lobby looks great, the room was a bit dated and I had a room with a very far walk. Hallways could use an update too. The layout of the entire hotel is a bit odd, but I wouldn’t choose not to stay in the future because of these observations
