Location, Restaurants and Sites!

This apt was sooo comfortable but the area is a little noisy. We had everything we needed within walking distance including a great laundry. We were able to see all the important sites on foot and the local restaurants were very good. There is a bakery on the corner that was very good and three grocery stores right there. So convenient. The front desk was manned and helpful. I would def stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and quiet if you’re facing the backyard, it’s very well located, close to the main Barcelona attractions, you can walk to everywhere. There are 2 supermarkets right aside the building and the front desk people are very nice and helpful. I will come back to this place if I have a chance!

The location was great. The check in was easy. The hotel is old and needs updates. The walls were blotchy and needed a paint job. The dish washer was full of dirty dishes upon arrival. At least it was spacious. We loved the blackout curtains

Considering what we paid, it was absolutely worth it. It was very centered in the city, within walking distance to most attractions and it was convenient. It’s not a luxury apartment, but keeping things in perspective, I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I loved the space! Equipped with a complete kitchen, a spacious bathroom and living room, we were quite comfortable in this apartment. Everything seemed clean and new. What I didn’t like? I didn’t appreciate an extra charge for the third person, even though I was up front with that at the beginning. The reception was always polite and helpful.

We liked the large size of our unit and we liked the convenient location of the hotel. We did not like the unprofessional attitude of the person who checked us in. We arrived on a Sunday morning shortly before check in time and were told to return at 3:00 PM. When we pointed out that check in time was at 2:00, we were told that this was an error and that the Expedia website had not yet been updated. We were now told that check in time was at 2:30. We were also told that we’d be sent an email if a unit became available even though the man at the desk did not know our names nor email address. We pointed out that the hotel website showed a check in time of 2:00 as did the Expedia website. He merely shrugged and told us we could wait next door at a cafe. There were no chairs in the lobby of the hotel so we left, returning at 2:30. At no point did we receive an email stating that our unit was available. The hotel needs to find more professional staff for the check in desk.

Fantastic staff and great location. Not sure why others have said they were rude. We were always greeted with a smile from numerous staff members. Had a leak under our kitchen sink and it was fixed in 15mins. Efficient and had everything we needed for our week stay. Great location, close to all the touristy sites and amazing restaurants.

It’s a nice place, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, they miss some stuff at the kitchen, not all you need to cook but everything works good, over, dishwasher, etc. The people at the front desk are nice and helpful and it’s located close to al the most important sites to visit in Barcelona. The great thing was, there are supermarkets and groceries right besides, easy to find everything you need.

Great apartment hotel near the heart of Barcelona. Plenty of space, loved the outdoor terrace we had. Kitchen is fairly well supplied with implements. Grocery and coffee shop within the same block. Walkable to the metro and bus, though how far depends on what line you need. Felt safe. The twin bed was older, and you could feel the springs. AC worked well, vents in each room and window coverings were great at blocking out light.

Great place to stay, very walkable to restaurants, groceries, tourist attractions. Clean, spacious, and not far from our destination of the cruise port. We didn't use public transportation on this trip, but saw many options nearby!
