The hotel was in an excellent location with easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The rooftop offered a beautiful view of the church and the city, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

We received a warm and helpful welcome at the reception desk. We were early, so they took our bags and gave us advice on what to do while we awaited check-in. The concierge helped us get tickets to a musical concert. Our room was very comfortable and tidy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona and the free breakfast helped us get fueled up for walking.

The whole experience was fantastic. Location next to Cathedral (central), friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience.
