We asked upon arrival to be placed away from construction going on in building next door. Our room was 30 ft from the construction. We have several videos of jack hammers on thru the list of tools drowning out us talking, until, some days, 7pm.

The hotel is very nice with excellent service. Unfortunately if you want to sleep this is not the place to stay. They play loud music across from the hotel in front of the Cathedral. It some nights went until midnight. You can hear it from the rooms. Only negative but it is a big one.

Every staff we’ve met are topnotch, from the bellmen, the courtesy driver, concierge - Guest relation (Raquel Agudo), to the Front desk and reservations manager (Jamie Watty) are very welcoming, friendly, and go above and beyond customer service. The hotel is impeccably clean and in great location. I’m already planning to stay here again next year.
