The staff was wonderful, the rooms and interior of the hotel was well kept and clean. The restaurant staff downstairs was AMAZING. Food at the downstairs restaurant was good. The outside of the property has not received any attention in quite some time, though- it looked slightly sad and worn. The landscaping and paint need attention. Checkin was great, the airport transport was easy and comfortable.

Okay hotel for one night if you’re traveling to the airport the next day. Very limited food options around you so expect to use a taxi for a decent meal. Buffet breakfast was good, but the room walls were VERY thin to which we could hear everyone around us as if they were in our room with us which made sleeping awful. Also if you’re relying on the shuttle, ensure you get there early before the time you want, as it gets full very quick!

Had message pre arrival saying surf boards large bikes and skis could not be carried on shuttle bus, enquired back whether golf clubs could be, got response saying surf boards large bikes and skis could not be carried. Lugged golf bag to bus pick up point, to be told by driver no cannot carry golf bags, hotel says no, phoned hotel, they said it is company operating bus who says no. Why could they have told me thsr when i enquired? Got to hotel by taxi (approx 20Eur each way) Had booked room with 2 double beds to share with friend, fortunately friend had decided to get own room, when i got to my booked roo., it only had 1 double bed.

Fantastic hotel near the airport. Cool design with plenty of outdoor spaces. Wonderful buffet breakfast with the option to eat outside. Many fresh fruits and local fare. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and nice bedding. Staff was friendly. Quiet and we were able to rest well. 10/10.

While the standard of the hotel in terms of facilities is 4 star, a number of areas (eg lobby and bathroom) were showing signs of wear. The location of the hotel - 5 minutes or so from the airport - is convenient, and as you might expect, the setting is light industrial. This means that the view from the Terrace Bar was nothing to write home about. Breakfast was available and quite good, also evening dining. The price of alcohol (spirits) was exorbitant (1 drink constituted more than a third of the cost of my evening meal). Staff seemed helpful enough. The shuttle was efficient (although finding it, based on the instructions provided in Spanish by the hotel) was something of a challenge. The driving of the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was poor - dangerous and aggressive. I had booked a room with a king bed and got only a double. Supposedly the rooms are sound proofed - not so - a number of times I heard people in the corridor, including the cleaners at 8 AM. The aircon was set at 22 degrees but adjusted itself during the night to 17. Overall, given the price paid, I expected more.

Following points to highlight: - Check in was very smooth, efficient and staff were friendly - Hotel room was absolutely beautiful, so comfortable, clean and fresh - Hotel Bar was very comfortable with lovely views, all furniture was in excellent condition and again staff friendly - Breakfast was good. Pool area was filled with garbage, broken glass on the floor by the bar, no ice machine available (had to wait for 5 minutes at bar), shower water temperature fluctuated from very hot to very cold no matter what temperature it was set at, lobby has poor lighting, half of the elevators wouldn’t work for us, couldn’t connect to the tv to screen share.
